At Optimal Outdoor Oasis, we stand behind the quality of the products we offer. We understand that in some cases, a return may be necessary, and we aim to make the process as clear and straightforward as possible.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is received.
To initiate a return, please email us at sales@optimaloutdooroasis.com with your order number. Our team will provide you with return instructions and next steps.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

Items must be in “like new” condition

All original packaging, parts, and accessories must be included
“Like new” means the item has not been used, installed, or shows any signs of wear.
Items that have been used, installed, or altered are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

For large or freight-shipped items, return shipping costs may be significant and will be communicated prior to return authorization
Important Notes for Large & Specialty Items
Due to the size and nature of many of our products (including gazebos, shed kits, outdoor kitchens, and large furniture):

Some items may be subject to manufacturer-specific return policies

Restocking fees may apply depending on the supplier

Certain made-to-order or custom items may not be eligible for return

Freight returns require prior authorization and coordination

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Email photos of the item and packaging to:

We will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations

Orders cancelled before shipment are eligible for a full refund

Orders cancelled after shipment will be subject to the return process and applicable shipping costs
Additional Policy Notes

Items marked as custom, made-to-order, certified, pre-owned, or final sale may not be eligible for return

Orders intended for temporary or one-time use (e.g., events, trade shows, staging purposes) are not eligible for return
