Order Confirmation:

Once you place an order, we'll send you an email confirmation. We'll verify if your order is in stock and ready for shipment. If it's back-ordered or unavailable, we'll cancel the pre-authorization and email you to discuss alternatives. If we can ship your item(s) within five business days, we'll process the charges and arrange for your order to be shipped.

How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?

We process orders as quickly as possible using the fastest shipping method available in your location. Handling and processing usually take 1-3 business days. Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days, but you may receive your items sooner. Please allow extra time during busy seasons due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays, distance, customs, and natural disasters. Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information. Any delays beyond our control will be communicated. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

International Orders:

Please note that our products are designed specifically for the US market and require 110V or a compatible electrical system to function correctly. Our goods are not certified for use in countries with different electrical safety requirements, but they are permitted for use in the US. We are happy to ship our high-quality products worldwide, and we will provide you with an updated shipping quote based on the size of your order. If you agree to our shipping quote, we will process your payment and order using our highly secure online payment system.

Damages:

It’s highly recommended that you carefully inspect the packaging of your item(s) as soon as they arrive. If you notice any damage, kindly note it when signing for delivery or refuse to accept it. If you decide to accept the delivery, please take photos of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging immediately using your smartphone or camera. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send the pictures to Sales@optimaloutdooroasis.com and then visit our Returns page to lodge your return claim online.
