A 48" round fire pit sits on a patio the way a fire should. Open on all sides, everybody facing the same direction, no corners to crowd around. Forty-eight inches is the gathering size. It takes six guests comfortably.
Guests go outside more when there is somewhere built to sit around. Not because the weather changed, but because the evening now has a middle to it. This is a real centerpiece for your property, not a yard decoration.
What You Get
The clad structure, flat packed. A welded 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum frame in a powder-coated wood-look finish, available in several styles and colors. It ships flat packed and bolts together, so there is no masonry trade and no waiting on a mason's schedule.
A 20-year warranty. That is the manufacturer's term on the Firefly line, and it is the number that should decide this purchase. Aluminum does not rust and does not rot, and it needs no special coating to stop rust.
Non-combustible throughout. The cladding looks like wood and behaves like aluminum. Because every finishing material is non-combustible, no insulation is needed anywhere in the structure.
Built for constant turnover. Five seasons of guest traffic later, you are not looking at it wondering why it is falling apart. There is nothing on it to repaint, reseal or replace between bookings.
What You Order Separately
The burner system is a separate purchase. This listing is the 48" round clad structure. The burner, ignition and fuel connection are ordered alongside it, sized to whether the property runs propane or natural gas. Tell us which you have and we will help you spec it so the two arrive as one plan, not two surprises.
The 24" burner pan is optional. You can add it here as a variant, or leave it off if your installer is supplying the pan with the burner.
What Takes Real Work
Freight is a separate cost. Delivery is not free and it is not included in the price. Checkout does not collect it only because we do not know your address until you order, and a crate this size gets priced address by address. We quote the real freight for where you are, send it as its own invoice, and it is paid before your fire pit leaves the factory.
You need level ground. Concrete, pavers, or a proper foundation. If the site is sloped or soft, that is prep work on your end and real money. We will tell you what you need before you buy.
Assembly is straightforward if you are handy. Two hours for someone who does this, four or five for a first-timer. If you would rather not, call a contractor.
Gas connection takes a professional. Set wrong, it is a safety problem, and a safety problem on a property you rent out is not a risk worth taking. Most owners hire this out, and that is the right call.

Why Round?
Round sits everybody equal. Nobody is at the short end of a table, nobody is blocked by a corner. The heat spreads the same direction people are sitting. And it photographs well, which matters when the fire is the thing your listing leads with.
If a specific patio layout calls for a rectangle or a square, we have both. But for a spot where guests come to sit and stay, 48" round does that job better.
Honest About Lead Time
The factory is quoting 3 to 4 weeks from order to shipped. If the size and finish you want is already boxed on the shelf, it leaves within 5 business days, which puts it on your patio in about two weeks. We check with the factory when you order and tell you which of those you are looking at before you commit.
That is short for something this size. Long enough to get the pad poured, not long enough to lose the season. Call or text 1 800 914 0074 or 352 274 6387 and we will confirm today's number.
Questions We Hear
Can I use this in a cold climate? Yes. Snow will not hurt it and ice will not hurt it. Do not run it iced over, same as any gas appliance, and let it dry before firing it up again after rain. The aluminum will not crack.
Which burner should I get? That depends on whether the property has a gas line or runs tanks, and on how much heat you want the fire throwing. Call or text us with what is at the property and we will help you spec it.
What size space does 48" work for? Think of it like a dining table. A six-person table needs room around it, and so does this. Figure 12 to 15 feet clear in the direction people sit. It fits a medium patio and does not vanish on a lawn.
Can I move it once it is set up? Moving it is possible but heavy. It is meant to be a permanent fixture. Do not plan on repositioning it between seasons.
Do I need a permit? That depends on your county, and gas appliances sometimes do. Check your local ordinances before ordering. We cannot advise on that one.
Not sure what size fits your space, or which burner to pair with it? Call or text 1 800 914 0074 or 352 274 6387 and we will size it with you before you order.
